Product Availability
Our products are extremely limited in supply, with much of the work carried out by hand, it is a time consuming, labour of love. While we try to keep some of our items in stock for immediate shipping, some products may have a longer shipping time because of their bespoke nature.
If you are interested in ordering, please contact us and a HYPE Luggage customer specialist will contact you to confirm availability and answer any questions.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards, cheques and direct bank transfers. All prices include relevant UK taxes and UK shipping, if you require a quotation for international shipping, please email your request to ‘info@hypeluggage.com’ and we will supply a quotation.
We send a receipt for all orders unless requested not to (in the case of gifts etc) in which case we send a separate receipt by email/post directly to the purchaser.
All shipments are properly packaged and despatched by courier on a 48hr service, express shipping is available at an additional charge.
Repair Policy
We guarantee our bags against material and workmanship defects for the life of the registered user. Upon receipt of your bag, please register it with us here (jennifer@hypeluggage.com) this ensures we can offer you the best possible service.
Should your sausage dog, lion, newt (or any other pet) love the taste of your bag, or any other unfortunate episode occurs, we offer a repair service at a reasonable rates.
Care Instructions
Prevention is always better than cure, dirt and spills are always best cleaned immediately and normally a simple damp cloth is the solution. In more serious cases it is neccessary to use a gentle specialist cleaner or conditioner, developed specifically for leather. We recommend a wax-free leather conditioner formulated to gently clean, condition, and preserve finished leathers, though some of our deer skins are unfinished and require specialist care. Always follow manufacturer instructions and it is always prudent to test on a small hidden area first.
